It's a total rip off. I put down $14,000 on an Semi.Had it 1 year. Tried to pay it off. They made me pay the remaining 2 years fees.$35,000 truck turns into around $56,000 in total I've given them. They still talking bout I owe $1,320 to receive the title. My people is getting on the case. Hate this company and the preorders or rude…Fraudulent company please stay away Resolution Sought Pay my $14,000 back

The customer entered into an equipment finance agreement with monthly installment payments. The terms of the contract stated that all advance payments (payoff attempt or otherwise) shall be applied to the last installment payments in reverse order until exhausted. The customer had every opportunity to review the contract or ask questions about the contract before signing. The return of the signed contract indicated that the customer understood and accepted the terms of the contract. The customer claims that we are holding a vehicle title in lieu of a $1,320 payment. That is a false statement. The lien release had been sent to the customer once the account was paid off. The customer is located in the state of Oklahoma so the vehicle was titled in Oklahoma. Oklahoma Tax Commission does not issue vehicle titles to the lienholders. Our lien was released in a timely manner and proper notification was given to the customer. The customer needs to contact the Oklahoma Tax Commission if they do not have a copy of their title.

Got approved for a $500 loan they was taking 150 out of my account to pay it back, then have to pay 10 payments of $50 that's a total of $1000 so I am paying back more than I loaned total rip-off. Resolution Sought Stop the $50 payment that's coming out of my account.
