Dave and Buster's

Get new management and workers who know the value of good customer service or close down. It was terrible for a family of 7 to go through that.

At approx. 9pm on Sunday Sept 22, 2019, my family and came in town for the NFL game the next day. We decided on a kid friendly Dave and Buster's. The front host sent us to back host podium to be seated by another host who was not there. We tried asking several workers for assistance, including bartenders, a manager who later claimed he didn't hear me from 4 ft away, and other patrons. After standing and waiting with no assistance given for 10 mins, my niece decided we should seat and get menus for ourselves. We sat for another 10 mins until asked a passing waitress for help which she inclined to do, but never returned. At this point it had been approx 30 mins and became aggravated and suggested we leave. My brother and niece went find the manager, who seemed unmoved by his and his team's performance. I told my family we're leaving, still no empathy from the manager. We went to BBW across the street where their host's station was unattended with a couple who received the same poor service at Applebee's in the same vicinity. After waiting again for 10 mins, my niece and I explained how she saw several workers at D&B son their phones. None of these restaurants were very busy and in fact appeared overstaffed. It was not a good start for my visit and showed poor customer service, especially because it was a waste of time and gas.
