I wanted to be treated with dignity and respect!
On March 7 I went to get a tire put on my car. When I pulled in the service department I got out of my car and a dog came from the Bay Area and pinned me to my car! The clerk just stood there so I started screaming " I don't like dogs get ur dog"! He took his time so I went for my mace and screamed I'm going to mace the dog if you don't get it! He had the nerve to respond " I won't let you mace the dog"! So I told him I'd mace him too! I reported the incident to the dealership manager as he's been a dear friend if mine since 2000, he stated "there's a dog back there?" He had no idea!" He talked to the kid. This kid continues to be a smart Alec big mouth and doesn't respect customer service and he's the service managers kid I learned. My salesman sent me an email reminding me it was time for an oil change. I told him I wasn't comfortable going there after the dog incident. I told him I would only come if this service person Tim would be there, he's been there for over the 20 years I've been going there. So I called and spoke to him yesterday.. I asked him could I come in today while he was there. He informed me that he was told since I went to the manager and filed a formal complaint with Lincoln, they would no longer service my vehicle! I was the victim and I'm being punished! The salesman told me the service manager told him I have to call and talk to him I won't because he's part of the rude problem back in service department which is why his son gets away it!
