Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If O stars were possible, that's what he would get. The desired outcome is to warn others to stay far away from this office, and their "help",

This law office is a complete joke. Please do not waste your time dealing with this firm. I paid David Algers in January to take care of a few tickets, it is now November and he still has not finished this. Completely unprofessional and takes advantage of those in need of his help. Please heed this warning, he might be cheaper but you get what you pay for. And with this law firm, you get absolutely nothing!!
