Poor customer service!!

This company has serviced me in my braces journey for 5 years. I have a couple situations I would like to mention. Firstly, the quality of service is horrible. They do not show any actual concern about the health of my braces or teeth. They are overly aggressive and rude about me coming to them with concerns. They also do not conduct business well. I got my braces removed in November of 2023, I unfortunately broke my retainer. For months I have been trying to get in contact with them and i've been placed on call back with no call back. Finally getting through to them the receptionist has no recollection whatsoever on how to solve my problem besides telling me prices for things, so I just make an appointment. Today, February 28th, 2024, I go in and had to pay a different price than discussed over the phone and the receptionist once again was incompetent on the situation. I would like for them to further educate the staff and conduct a training on customer service.
