Rooms are not habitable!

I think this dump/hotel close until they fix it the roaches are the worst and the black mold and smells like roaches poop and the room that me and my family is rent. We pay the Max and now we have new owners they are putting everyone out and by the soda machines is smells like pee the whole place is awful. And we can't leave anything out because the roaches would take over the my bathroom that we have to use when it rains outside and it rains in here we have to buy a bucket so it could caught the rain and the ceiling will fall in then I told them about it and guess what nothing down. Please help. Close down.
