If I could give it no stars I would

I've been staying at this hotel for 4 years every time I come to visit my sister I stay here. I guess they are under new management however the workers there know me. I was in my room sleep. It was check out time. I was going downstairs to extend the room. Before I can even do so housekeeping did not knock or say check out they just came in. I didn't argue I just said I'm going to pay for the room. I go downstairs to complain to the front desk the manager comes out screaming and threatening me I didn't feel like arguing so I said you know what no problem. Then this man tells the front desk to charge me $100. I have a Wyndham rewards membership my room was supposed to total $63. I told him I had a Wyndham rewards he then told me he didn't give a s*** accused me of selling p****. Let me remind you I'm here with family that right there took me through the roof I packed my belongings and I left. Moral of the story is you shouldn't treat your paying customers in such manner especially a regular customer that comes often and stays for a lengthy period. I thought the point of a hotel was to make it as comfortable as possible. The owner/manager is extremely rude and his customer service is disgusting. This man really tried to charge me over what the computer said and blatantly said f*** what the computer or what your membership says her rate is $100. If you check into any 3rd party booking or the actual days inn website there rate is never at $100 that was extremely unprofessional.
