I would like Days Inn to reverse the policy or be fined for dishonest business practices.

I am local to the area and needed a room for the night while in Joplin. I reserved a room through booking.com and learned, as I came in to pick up my keys, that they refuse to sell rooms to anyone living within several miles of Joplin. This information was not placed on the reservation in a conspicuous location and the desk clerk who told me this also said most hotels in Joplin are using this policy now which, upon additional research, I learned was a lie. The only positive thing I can say is that the business did not charge my card for the service they ultimately did not provide.
