They should be shut down.

I got a fish sandwich to go. When I brought it home the french fries were totally ice cold the fish was fried and so mushy and the batter fell off. No telling how long it had been in the freezer before they cooked it. Call to complain, they said they went give us a complimentary dessert when we come back next time. Like we never go back. Then we call back to talk to a manager and the manager called me psychotic because I was mad about the fish sandwich. The most unprofessional call from a manager that I'd heard. From what I understand there's been more than this complaint people just probably don't write in and tell you about it. Also one of their employees had died of covid. They don't wear a mask there's no six feet apart of anybody booths are on top of each other. They should be shut down.
