This company advertises in the help wanted sections of newspapers nationwide offering computer related employment. In reality, it sells computer diskettes and manuals which they claim may lead to employment. Because the firm is not actually hiring anyone, we believe its advertising practices are deceptive and misleading. Bruce Boisvert and Anthony Todd, principals of this company, were formerly with the Dillion Group which offers similar services. The Dillon Group has an unsatisfactory business performance record with our Bureau. Complaints against the Dillon Group generally alleged dissatisfaction with the materials received and failure to make refunds as provided by the company's money back guarantee. Some complaints also allege that they were not able to find employment. A separate report is available upon request. Keep in mind, refund terms and conditions should be considered before making a buying decision. Our experience with similar offers shows often, advertised money back guarantees may have undisclosed terms or conditions such as a "90 day trail" requirement before refund eligibily would occur. After 90 days, credit card payments can no longer be disputed with your card issuer, and the company may or may not be around to process your refund.
