Awful customer service

I did not renew my renters insurance and was charged for an extra month after my move out date. When I called to explain that I was not informed of the automatic renewal and that I never received the policy in the mail that explained this, the person who helped me was extremely rude and gave me an attitude. When she didn't like my response she interrupted with a "hold on" and put me on hold mid sentence.
