Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Completely not with the group

Travelled to Ireland with her tour. The people on the tour were great. Deb Robert's did not give any phone number to us for emergencies and had little interaction with the group. Not even a good morning. Her side kick wasn't much better. Often didn't know what time breakfast the next day was. Some places didn't even know we were coming, a bus load of women wanting to shop!!! Quilt shops were not that impressive and Deb Robert's didn't give any hints of anything. The bus driver organised a night out with dinner and dancing and she didn't even go to that. It was one of the better nights organized. There was no introductions and we didn't even have anyway of connecting with others for any meetups without a WhatsApp which was organised by one of the tour patrons and Deb Robert's did not participate with that either.
