Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

horrid entity....never even consider contacting. Defense Lawyers PA Boca Raton, Fl.

My sister-in-law, while suffering from TIA s, mini strokes, contacted this alleged firm. She was in no credit difficulties but due to her illness felt she needed advice. These jokers debited her account monthly to the total of $3,000. She passed in Jan .2020. I stopped direct debit and was eventually promised a refund in writing by office manager Dave Gray.. Alleged Atty. Lee Stein promised again on the phone a refund again. No work was ever needed or accomplished to more knowledge. I want my brother, the widower, made whole. Terrible response, Stein never in, should be investigated as to legitimacy of entire operation. Zero stars and stay clear.
