Lala is very disrespectful

This store has a worker named la la Always rude to African American customers. I reported him to va lottery(had a problem with his announcing how much much my ticket winnings were several times) I've also had to report him to the store owner for being rude to me other customers(a lot of customers say he is rude but some people think lala is the owner he is not he just works there. Earlier today I went in the store the owner was present no problem other than he rolled his eyes at me. This evening I went to cash a ticket in and the owner wasn't present and he started an argument with me(about the last situation that had happen) when the owner came out I asked him what are his(owner hours) so I can come in when he is there and Lala starts to interrupt our conversation when replying to him I'm not speaking to you and we have no more conversation he replied Mother f***** f**** you screaming thru out the store get the f*** out the store I replied to the owner see he showing his true self. the other had to keep calling his name to tell him to calm down(lala is very disrespectful to women too I've also noticed) I want to report this because the owners response was can you go down the street to my other store why should I have to drive out of my way because his worker can't have customer service?
