6/2020 - Previously, I would have recommended them but these days, I cannot even get them to respond to voicemail messages that are left. They installed a beautiful back porch/patio at my property less than 2 years ago. It was beautiful. Now it is sinking. It needs to be addressed. Also need them to do some work on my irrigation system but they will not respond to my requests. 8/18/2021 - Update to my previous comment. 0 stars. Finally came out to fix the patio/porch and finish a walkway. The salesperson told us that they would include a drain in the walkway so that water would not puddle on the walkway. When they finished, there was no drain. Said we did not need it. First rain, the walkway flooded. The salesman sent someone out to look at it and that person said it needed fixed. Said they would send a crew the next time they were in the area. Did not hear from them in weeks. Finally spoke with them and they sent someone out to fix the walkway drainage problem. After they installed the drain (that the salesman was supposed to include in the original work), they hit us with a bill for the fix. Said they did not have anything on file from the salesman that the drainage was supposed to be included in the original work. They had also fired the salesman so he was not available. We did not sign anything agreeing to pay for the repair - we thought they were fixing the poor work originally completed. So we are still in dispute over the bill. Definitely will not use them again!!!!!
