I am writing to let know that today I had an unpleasant experience with Derek the owner of this company. First and for most as a business owner he lied about who he was. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle from his lot, my husband knows of him and said that's Derek the owner. When I got out of my vehicle, I said are you Derek and he said no I'm Alex. His shirt had Alex written on it. When my husband walked over, I said, I thought you said this was Derek and he said it is. Derek knew he was caught in a lie and didn't say a word. I believe as a business owner you should never lie about who you are and wear a shirt with someone else's name on it. Definitely not trustworthy in my eyes if you are going to lie about who you are especially being the owner of the company. He was rude and unprofessional and after reading reviews on him he has a track record for his unprofessional behavior. Be honest in the community where you live! Don't be shady and do shady business.
