Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. This company is a scam. I bought the free sample off a different website, just pay S & H. Then the company charges my account $88.95. I call them, they tell me to return the item for a full refund. I did that, they received it Jan. 30th. Spoke with someone on 2-6-20. They stated my refund would be in my bank in 3-5 business days but could take up to 30 days depending on processing bank. Kept in touch with them throughout Feb. & they stated it should be in my account no later than 3-6-20. It was not!!! I called them, they said its still processing. So I turned them into BBB. They responded to them on 3-7-20 with the exact same thing they told me. Well, here it is 4-5-20 & I'm still waiting for my money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! THEIR OWN WEBSITE STATES IF NOT SATISFIED RETURN FOR A FULL REFUND. WHICH I DID BACK IN JAN. This company is a joke.
