Purchases and returns
Bought item on their web site that showed it was in stock, contrary to similar items that showed no price or a back order notation. Completed transaction and found out week later that item was back ordered 4 weeks. At 6 weeks I never received item and cancelled order over phone. Was told "they" understand and a refund would be applied. 3 weeks later still no refund (upwards to $650!) and no return emails. Just filed complaint with credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM DESERT WARRIOR PRODUCTS UNLESS YOU ACTUALLY SPEAK TO SOMEONE FIRST, ENSURING YOUR ITEM IS IN! I am not the only one it appears to have had this problem.
