I am making a complaint so no one else can go threw the inconvenience, stressful, hurtful, and agony experience that I had to endure. I wish somebody told me about this company because it would've save me a lot of money and headache. Moving is already a stressful situation especially when you work a full time job so when you put all of your trust into a company and you get letdown, it makes you fell horrible. Diamond Realty pretty much stall on my moving process, given me inadequate information, and put me in a position that I've never been in before. I was pretty much homeless due to the company lack of priority when it came to the duplex that I was supposed to be renting. If the property wasn't gonna be ready by the move in date, my security deposit should've been given back ASAP so I could've made adjustments and not at the last minute. There was no remorse to my situation when they kept stalling me on moving in and the lady Brooke who I always talked with on a regular basis didn't even relay the bad news to me herself. I got a phone called on the day that I was scheduled to move in by some receptionist stating that I couldn't move in because the maintenance crew found mold underneath the carpet. Why wasn't this found weeks ago? I am thinking that the maintenance crew was working on the property everyday knowing that the property would be renting out; last minute work is not acceptable. This is only half of complaint due to this website characters that are allowed as well
