They run out of food and can't even feed the residents.

This place is so wrong in so many ways. First off they run out of food and can't even feed the residents. A resident got hurt and needed to go to the hospital but his counselor said that it wasn't a emergency, but when he complained enough after several hours, he went on and the doctor had to do emergency surgery. He could have died. They turn off the phones and no one can call the establishment, what if it's an emergency and someone needs to get in contact with them. they will not let the residents out to even go on interviews or get necessities for hygiene. Long story short please pay them a visit. Someone of higher authority should go and investigate this place as soon as possible.
