Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I am very, very happy. They provide me with very highly personalized service.

I would absolutely give 5 stars. I would highly recommend them. They provide me with very highly personalized service. I call my payroll in each week. They know the in's and out of my business. I have about 17 employees and there is always changes going on with payroll. They make excellent notes and always follow up with me if something does not seem right. I am in contact with them via phone and email. They guide me through to enter all my payroll online and take the time to do that. I prefer to call it in which is great. I am very, very happy.
