I was very disappointed and I will probably never go back there again.

Yes I went into Disc Replay in Sterling Heights Michigan 19 Mile and Schoenherr. I was there to return a game that didn't work and I had the receipt I just bought it yesterday the day before. I went in stood at the counter when it was my turn the kid at the desk said he couldn't take back returns I had to wait for the manager to come out. He didn't go get the manager he took the next customer and left me waiting there. When the manager came out, I told him the game didn't work and he said I had to wait for somebody else to help me he was busy. Anyways I said they told me I had to wait for you so the person he was taking care of he was with this gentleman for 1/2 hour and he made me stand there for a half an hour. When he finally got to me he was rude ask me why am I bringing it back. He said because you didn't like it I said no I just want another copy I'm a collector I have 400 games and he kind of smirked at me and went back and got me another copy. Was very rude threw the game on the counter and my receipt he didn't hand it to me like they always do he didn't say he was sorry like he should have or anything. I left feeling like I was victimized or did something wrong his name was Ian he knew who I was I've been coming in there for years and he never treated me like that before. I was very disappointed and I will probably never go back there again. Thank you I just wanted to make a complaint against the manager at that time Ian thanks again
