This company is not licensed to engage in credit repair services. or to assist in locating lenders. Nor has it posted the required $100,000 bond. Even if licensed, it would be unlawful to collect fees before performing promised services. By law, information stays on your credit report for seven to 10 years. Accurate negative information can be removed only with the cooperation of the creditor, and this usually involves paying the debt. Our experience with advance fee loan offers indicates loans are seldom if ever made, and refunds are difficult if not impossible to obtain in spite of any promises to the contrary. In January 1996, Bureau mail was returned as undeliverable and company phones were found to be disconnected. The company appears to be out of business.
