This company sells a newsletter subscription comprised of common interest articles and listings of cash and prize sweepstakes and opportunities. The initial cost for the newsletter is advertised at $2.75 and is required to be paid by check only. Careful reading of the offers terms and conditions reveal that by sending in the solicitation form along with the $2.75 fee you are also agreeing to an annual fee which is deducted monthly from your checking account. The company is not directly sponsoring any sweepstakes or promotions. They are selling information about sweepstakes offers. Our experience with similar offers has shown these companies commonly use deceptive sales tactics to bilk consumers for millions each year. ~ ~We caution against sending money to this company or releasing any personal information which would allow access to your bank accounts or credit information. If you have truly won a prize there should be no redemption fees or other conditional rules to comply with in order to actually receive your prize. Watch out for smooth fast talking friendly callers asking for money. Most responding to similar offers received nothing for their money or a cheap throw away item valued at far less than the redemption price. State and Federal lottery laws prohibit the practice of asking for payment to claim a prize. Remember if it sounds too good to be true it probably is.
We know of no other matter or practice relating to this company that may assist you in your consideration of this company.
