This company Tricks senior citizens into buying more than they want

On 7-6-22 i purchased a memory buster for my husband off of a web site. The company automatically included a second Omega-3 supplement and charged only shipping of $6.91 & $6.89 without any say regarding the Omega-3. Then on 7-23-22 they charged our account for $99.74 &$99.67 for refills on both items. I contacted the company to request our money back because we could not afford to pay almost $200 first vitamin supplements as we are on a fixed income. The lady I spoke with informed me that because I did not call within 4 days of the order she could only repay a total of $80.00. On 7-23-22 $40.00 was reimbursed to us and I closed the account I called again 7-25-22 and was told because I closed the account we could not receive any more money back. I was not informed about that in my first call. The lady then told me that as a one time courtesy she would reimburse us a total of $120.00 within 3-5 business days and we could keep the product. This company Tricks senior citizens into buying more than they want at extremely high prices and buy the time they realize it its to late. It's totally dishonest and needs to be shut down. No telling how many others they have ripped off. I threw a fit with to get what we got back....that's just wrong. No company has the right to trick, lie and steal from anyone let alone senior citizens.
