I just want the business to be aware their actions are seen as discriminatory.

I'm 22 and came to get a drink with a friend, however the bartender was rude and was trying to explain a policy that doesn't make sense to me . she said " we do not accept identification cards you need to have a drivers license" I said I do not drive and I asked her "i need to drive to drink?" and she then shrugged and said "that's the owners policy" I wasn't angry, I was just confused and asking her that question frazzled her because she knows it doesn't really make sense and she started to get angry with me and I'm just like okay well at this point it has to be because we are black and you clearly don't want me here so I left and I didn't give her a hard time because there is always somewhere else. I was going to be a paying customer but that lady just was so rude and hurt my feelings. if you guys want business i think you need to change that policy if it even exists. I did reach out to the business through facebook Directly after this. The lady made it seem like it was privately owned business, so she could just refuse service, but there are still laws to protect my rights as a paying customer who is old enough to drink and they can not make their own rules for drinking laws when they are clearly laid out.
