Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. The employee was extremely rude.

The employee was extremely rude. Coke products listed at 4 for $4 only 2 cherry Coke on shelf along with 2 zero Sprite. She wasn't going to sell because she said has to be 4 of same item. My husband explained there wasn't 4 available so she let him have "them this time". Slso Heinz 57 at $1 each, we got 5 she said could only get 4 but no limit on sign, he told her no limit posted and she said "well I say so". This is not the first time she has been so rude with us. This is predominately black area store and we are white, we come here because it's convenient to our grocery store which is across the street. This lady needs a lesson in how to treat your customers and deal with the public..she needs to follow guidelines on selling products not just what she limits you to.
