Image how my mom felt after being told old they won't do her hair because she's disabled

I called to make an appointment and they told me to come in. I went to Buffalo from Amherst and I went in to make sure. I told them my mom walks on a walker before getting her out of the car and they said ok. Once I got my mom inside they asked if I was going to stay with her, I said yes. Someone from the back starting speaking in another language so I couldn't understand and then they refused to do her hair .They said if she fell they didn't want to be responsible after I told them she was disabled.
