manager there is very very rude at me

I have ordered two Philly Cheese Steak Subs and pay for extra extra cheese and I did not get it. I call back and the manager there is very very rude at me and I want something done about it. he is very rude to his customers this ain't the first time he's done something like this and talk to me in hateful way to me and my boyfriend and my children too cuz we all called and place orders at different time but that manager he is very very rude to me and I just want to let y'all know something needs to be done. Get rid of that sorry manager they got because he's very rude to his customers this ain't the first time he's been rude to me. if I pay for something I want it right and he does not get it right and I call back any tells me there's nothing he could do about it. I order Philly Cheese Steak Subs with extra extra cheese they don't mind charging you for it but yet when you call back and tell him it's not there he's got a problem I don't know his name but he's got a problem?
