I would like for the business to be educated on ethical marketing and advertising practices

I have frequented this business for several years, and apparently, there are pricing changes that they are NOT properly updating and advertising. The old prices are still displayed which I can only assume is to continue to lure customers, but this is false/fraudulent advertising. I would like for the business to be educated on ethical marketing and advertising practices, and if possible, to receive assistance with updating information (Re: Signage, promotional flyers, etc.).
