They appear to be removing sand from the Virgin Islands which is not allowed.

This online business appears to be removing sand from the Virgin Islands which is not allowed and selling it. The sand is in the National Park of the Virgin Islands. They have admitted to the infraction, however they have sold and made monies from this product. This business need to apologize to the customers and refund monies due the false nature of this business. They have instigated the theft of federal property.
