Improve customer service and food handling

I purchase latte from Dunkin donuts and the co worker was serving me poor customer service, bad food handling contamination, and not fixing food properly, and poorly cleanliness. When I explain to her that I want fresh one she was yelling and arguing with me. She refuses to fix my order correct. This has happen more than five times. I contacted customer care and explain to them as well.
