My desired outcome is to be treated differently or to see them fined for actions.

I have been going to this place for roughly 2 years. Recently, it was taken over by new owner. I've had 2 experiences in last 10 days where they have been super rude. First, they tried to charge me extra for using my debit card and when I mentioned to clerk bout he fixed it but was rude bout it. I thought it was a fluke. Then today I went in there and same thing I've always been doing they acted like it was too much to ask.
