Good, but not great

Good selection of Gravely mowers and Echo power equipment. They are great when selling you a product or scheduling you for service. However, once they get your money the service declines. For instance, they have a yearly service for maintenance with free pick up and delivery. The delivery service is not flexible. They give you a day of the week they will pick the equipment up and that's it. And once you pay for the service Duvalls gives you a day of the week they will drop it off. And that day is not flexible. The driver will just put the equipment in your driveway with no regard for security or theft. Even if you ask for a courtesy call or make a prior arrangement . ( you will not get a call from the driver). This happened to me two years in a row. The last time my mower was left in a snow storm prior to when the deliveries were even supposed to start. In conclusion, this company is ok, just not great.
