This company ran a credit check on me without my giving consent.

This company ran a credit check on me without my giving consent. My spouse had inquired from this agency about their advertising a low interest rate to refinance but did not give approval for his nor my credit to be checked. Their Ref # is 720232140387546 and they refer to a Loan # 1770027547 Again, I reiterate my consent was not given and my husband states the same. Instruct their employees that this should not have happened and emphasized how pivotal it is to procure an agreement for such to occur always to avoid any legal/ethical issues.
