A Rip OFF!!

My mother that is 79 had me order her a wig. Well it is saying delivered and we never received it. I don't know what the post office did with it or if they delivered it to the wrong box but we never got it. I know they have a policy and I found out after the fact states no refunds for packages that are lost or not delivered. They are a joke because of someone else mess up my mom is out of money and that upsets me that they can keep people money when they didn't get the product by no fault of ours. Buyer BEWARE! We will NEVER order from them again. She is on a fixed income and cannot afford this so I will have to make it up for her. Very bad business. Trisha in Georgia
