Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Specifically complainants allege they are not made aware that they will be automatically billed for services once their trial offer ends. Further complainants allege the company does not contact them to inform them that they will begin to receive automatic billing each month for services if not cancelled. Other complainants allege they never authorized services or the person initially contacted by the sales representative was not authorized to approve services. Complainants also allege promised refunds are not issued and continued unsolicited sales calls.~~The company generally responds to complaints by denying allegations that they failed to disclose billing terms and conditions of the offer. The company generally claims they confirm orders for service with persons who claim to be authorized to make service decisions and they follow-up continually with the clients to explain the program and remind them that they will be billed monthly after the trial period. Additionally in some cases the company issues refunds agrees to add contacts to their do not call list so further solicitations will not be made and agreeing to cancel services. In other case the company claims they fulfill the services agreed upon.
