Complaints further allege dissatisfaction with customer service due to the inability to contact them via phone and no response to emails. Some customers allege they pay additional fees for faster shipping however items are not delivered in the specified timeframe and the company fails to notify customers of delays. Other complaints allege difficulty canceling orders. Most complainants requested refunds. ~~The company responds to complaints by sending merchandise disputing customer’s claims customer service was not provided and advising customers of the terms of their agreement. In some cases the company offered repairs cancelled orders or provided tracking information.
