Owner is rude. Unethical business practices.

The owner of this business has unethical business practices which includes over charging customers, fraud I.e. handing out punch cards towards a free car wash after eight visits with no intention of honoring it. The owner was extremely rude to me after my recent visit. I expressed my displeasure with how long they take to wash my car to a fellow customer. While she complained to me about being over charged for an oil change. When my car was ready he told me that I cost him business because of what I said to his customer. He admitted to watching our conversation in the security camera. He then told me to get out of here and that he would call the police. There happened to be a Baldwin Park police officer present who did not come to my aid and did not get involved during our altercation. I expressed to her that I felt he was rude to me. She suggested that I speak to him. I would like this business owners better business rating dropped or removed. If I could rate this business with no star I would. He should learn how to treat all of his customer with courtesy and respect not just law enforcement officers who he has a business arrangement.
