Economy Hotel

Fix problems I'm the rooms so you won't have unhappy tenants.

I have been staying at this extended stay hotel for about 2 weeks and it has been a nightmare. First the refrigerator doesn't stay cold and the electric stove top that they have in the room doesn't work. I went to the office to tell Tina(the manager) and she proceeds to talk to me like I'm uneducated. She tells me that the stove might be a breaker issue, I ask well how are we going to resolve this and she doesn't have an answer. Then she tells me the stove top in my room is one that they are "trying out" and has been having issues, if you know that this is an on-going issue what are you doing to correct it and she tells me she can switch my room. She had maintenance show me 2 other rooms that look like crime scenes! This place is beyond horrible, I'm already having a hard time with even having to bring myself to staying in a place like this but I have no choice at the moment. I've spoken to other tenants that have had issues with her and the conditions of this place. I'm not one to make a big deal but something really has to be done here. Please.
