The hotel needs to be cleaner for one, for two be more friendly.

It was terrible there's bed bugs, there's mice, roaches. The owners are rude and they need to clean their rooms instead of worrying about people who is late paying. yeah I was late paying by 2 hours. I pay here every day faithfully for 18 days got up every f****** day and went and got the money for this room even if I was late. these people are a joke, a huge joke to caruthersville. They okay I'm not going to say they I will say him tho. He's mean obnoxious cruel and rude as hell. Yes I was slate today but was going to throw ten extra til he threw my money back at me and told me bring him his key so I am sitting in this room til he takes my money because I have not done anything wrong but he late and he knew that. still knows that he's so hateful to anything but his own kind. The hotel need to be cleaner for one, for two be more friendly and for three, ease up. Most importantly the racism can stay at a minimum with them as well. Like winner Rich clean white person comes in here they could use a card but let a mixed person or a black person come in here and they can't use no card that's racist as hell these people up here are nasty the racist and they're rude looks to me like you need a new staff or owner or something because dude is rude point blank period.
