Economy Package Liquor

Poor customer service!!

I went to the this liquor store Saturday 1/7/23 used my debt card purchase came to 44.00 and my card was charged twice. I noticed Sunday morning upon checking my bank transaction and noticed it charged me twice, when the store opened at 12 noon I went there and the man I believe to be the manager tell me to show him my bank details and he states it will fall off once it post if not come back and they will return my money. Today 1/11/23 the transaction post and it shows I was double charged I call the dance guy answer the phone and tell me to come up there and show him it posted. I go there I show him from my email I get every morning showing what's pending and what posted, he Sry I need to see it in the app or online. I say I don't like that but I'll pull it up, I pull it up on the app he look at it. Tell me hold up goes to the back come back out and say you need to dispute it with your bank there is nothing we can do. I feel that was just rude and a waste of time to have me come there instead of telling me on the phone. I don't really know what can be done, but I think you all need to look into it due to another customer was in there complaining and the young lady working said this has been happening for the last few weeks. It's a very discomfort with the way of the world to have to go through your bank and wait on your money when they need to fix the situation for consumers spending your hard earned money with inflation.
