Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Terrible experience

Terrible experience, I ordered an arrangement to be delivered on Valentine's Day. My order was not delivered. I called the location several of times and left several of messages. To finally get through to the store manager 5 days later. He was extremely rude and ended up hanging up on me twice. Looking through reviews it looks as if this is his behavior, another customer reported that she was hung up on too. Several reviews of customers that did not receive their orders for Valentine's Day. My concern is if the store is not equipped to fulfill a high volume of orders then they should not continue to take orders and customers funds. I am very disappointed, more disappointed in the customer service I received from Leo the store manager. I received the refund, but would like corporate in the store. Many have the same complaint as I do
