My problem is those guys in service department argue me down

My problem is those guys Thornton and Chappell service department argue me down telling me my rims was already scratched and they was not I do a walk around on my car before I leave the house and for them to insult my intelligence and being rude. I will not support this business or anyone in my family . A apology from those rude men
