Worst company ever, USER BEWARE

We have been with efilefolders.com for four years. They have not fulfilled the contract agreements. They have been charging up $1000/month to scan charts and stated that it would be 4 years to complete. Five years later, we demanded to be able to access what had been scanned and they didn't have any scans for 3 years, only 196 charts scanned in this time inspite of charging us. The initial contract was incomplete and didn't include specific terms. We advised them to stop scanning and they decreased our storage costs to $700/month. We were told that after the initial scanning we would be charged $49/month for internet access to our records and $.30/box (we currently have 300 boxes stored) so you do the math...we are getting over-charged $500/month at least. The owner AJ is inconsiderate, horrible customer service. I had an appointment with him and he just didn't bother to show up. "He had another meeting" but couldn't be bothered to notify me. We are terminating our service and of course, he wants to charge us $1000 to transfer our boxes back to us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their service borders on fraudulent. The only reason it isn't is because their contract is vague and the specific terms were only told to us verbally.
