I don't believe they know what they are doing

Electra ac 407 982 1396 their are crooked contractor license #cac 1816556 don't believe they know what they are doing. Charged 700 to change out a compressor that was under warranty 300$ a hour didn't clean system just vacuum and charged unit. Investigate company
