This company does not care.

My power was cut off today over a past due amount of $75 due on the 21st of January 2022. My elderly Mother lives with me and is on oxygen, what if she was on a respirator?! This company does not care. We have been living here for 2 years and this is the only choice of power we have. After turning the power off over a past due of $75 and total bill of $157. I had to pay $254 to have it turned back on, because all of a sudden they want a deposit after being with them for 2 years. Also, they will not work with you, because they know that you have to pay it or be without power... I went on their website to leave a review and most of their reviews are bad, so they don't even care about that... Things are not normal in our country at this ti.e and it seems like their the only ones who don't care... They turned it off over $50 when everyone in the house had Covid and charged all their fees to get it back on. It's ridiculous. What's the point? They don't have to abide by state rules
