Lowes 955 S. Randall Rd, Geneva, IL 60174, 630-338-4000 sold me a Frigidaire Gallery Refrig/Freezer on 5/28/2025. Item under Warranty, Model# GRMC2273CF03, Serial# 1K51370674. 10/13 Freezer went out. Contacted Electrolux (owner of Frigidaire appliances) for assistance. 10/14 AAA Appliance came out - freezer compressor not working. 10/15 AAA Appliance stated compressor on back order 21 days. Throw all freezer food out. 11/3 Contacted Electrolux - full refrigerator no longer working - compressor still on back order-frig replacement once the approval process is made - 10 to 14 working days. Throw all refrigerator food out. NO REFRIGERATOR IN HOME. 11/6 11/10 -Contacted Electrolux for update on status of replacement - supposed escalation of ticket - provided new ticket # 1005056937. Requested picture proof of purchase. model# and serial# though AAA Appliance submitted information regarding this on 10/14. Sent picture of Lowes purchase receipt, Model #, Serial# and Ticket#. Called back to ensure they received email - no record. Resent email - could not open picture attachment, Resent e-mail - finally able to open picture. Was advised at that time that in 5 to 10 working days status would be provided on WHETHER a new replacement refrigerator would be provided.. Synopsis: One full month without a freezer, 12 days without a refrigerator, loss of all food in frig and freezer. NOT TO MENTION that oh so American holiday of THANKSGIVING being around the corner NEED HELP Resolution Sought Either a new refrigerator immediately or my money back. This has been the most frustrating example of the lack of customer service, care and problem ownership/resolution I have ever experienced. Never got the same customer service person, overseas personnel, an attitude of "Oh Well - just live without a refrigerator". No proactivity at all - no one reached out to provide status/next steps.. Could not have cared less. NO RESOLUTION. NO FRIG!!!! HELP, HELP, HELP!!!

Thank you, thank you, thank you. My family has lived without a NEW, MANUFACTURERS COVERED refrigerator for 36 days and without a freezer 56 days. Though I am grateful to have a resolution, it hardly seems appropriate to state that this is a "good will gesture" to finally do the right thing for your customer. Also, the "overseas" Electrolux Customer Service team was, at best, abysmal. They were continually disorganized, saccharin, scripted responses with no true concern for resolution. This is appalling and should be of grave concern to Electrolux management. Whether it is a trend or a focused cost savings measure to obtain Electrolux EBITA, it takes place on the backs of the average consumer who has valued the Electrolux reputation for decades. I will not buy one item EVER from Electrolux again. We are one family. Perhaps we don't count or perhaps Electrolux has forgotten how they became who they are in the first place. Consider it. Great companies fall when they lose consumer confidence. You've completely lost mine.

Bought a new refrigerator and had problems 2 days after purchasing and we couldn't exchange at that point ( ridiculous). I have been dealing with there warranty department and have have 4 parts changed to try and fix it with no success and they put a request to replace it and they want to replace the same parts again ! I lost all my food in the fridge for my family and it's cost me hundreds already and now they are playing games . IT IS UNDER WARRANTY YES! 5 technicians came out already and they said it can not be fixed further. There is no reason they can't replace the fridge!! Resolution Sought Replace my fridge asap!! 5 technicians came out already
