Owner was rude and disrespectful.

I went to get a pedicure on 6-29-2018 but the owner tells me that I have to be charged extra because I am over sized. Meaning, I am too big to sit in his chairs. I couldn't believe he said that to me. I felt disrespected. I went and Googled this place, it also has a lot of bad reviews and people are saying that the place is unhealthy and that the health department needs to go and expect the place. Something really needs to be done. I will not be showing my face back there.
