Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Brilliant Advice!

I don't remember where I saw Elevated Financial Management's Tax-Free Retirement Planning Workshop promoted by Fairwater Workshops. I think it was on Facebook. I signed up and attended the workshop, taking copious notes. Even though I am an accountant, I learned so much from that workshop, including something very critical - Required Minimum Distribution RMD Penalties of 50%! Yikes! I scheduled a free initial consultation with Casey Elkins. He went over my financial and retirement situation. He offered me advice that actually released many financial constraints that I would have had if I went with my already elaborate plan, and in addition, it opened more financial possibilities! That was great advice! If I stuck to my plan, he would have been able to help me with one of their products. However, with his integrity, he gave me the best advice for my situation in spite of not being able to offer their products. I highly recommend Elevated Financial Management to anyone starting to plan for retirement, on the verge of retiring, or already retired. They're just brilliant!
